I named this program Undeniable because that's exactly what you will become 12 weeks from now - 100% undeniable physically & mentally.
This program is for everyone & anyone - no matter age, gender, fitness level. However, that does not mean that Undeniable is by any means easy. It is not for the faint of heart, or weak minded. It may possibly be the toughest training you've ever done. If you want to cut fat, add lean muscle, and become an athelete Undeniable is for you.

TRAINING OBJECTIVE:
Increase strength and muscle definition while staying lean.
I will encourage you to lift as heavy as you can and not be afraid to lift heavy! Cardio is sprinkled throughout as needed to keep muscles lean (in addition to improving endurance performance and overall cardiovascular health).

TRAINING OVERVIEW:
-12 weeks
- 5 phases
- varying rep schemes that will change each Phase; you will complete both moderate high volume lifting for conditioning/endurance/sculpting, and heavy low volume for strength and muscle building
- pyramid sets, super sets, drop sets to keep your body guessing and your training interesting and challenging
-cardio prescriptions throughout the program as based on your physique goals (cardio marked with ** indicates additional prescription if larger fat loss/cutting goal)
-core/abdominal training included!
- you will start to lay the bricks of this program with 1 week of a full body attack to build the foundation for whats to come (Phase 1); then you will switch gears for the next 4 weeks (Phase 2) and get down and dirty with specific muscle group training; (Phase 3) back to high volume with muscle specificity + intense core training; (Phase 4) is a 2 week long fast attack of pyramid training; the fifth and final (Phase 5) finishes with moderate weight/volume and a cardio blast.
