Here you'll get a combination of Anthony & Naomi's favorite exercises to comprise workouts for a full month, operating on a two-week split.
Weeks 1 & 2:
4 Full Body Workouts (to be completed on rotation, three lifting + 1 conditioning)
Weeks 3 & 4:
2 Leg days (quads, hamstrings, glutes)
3 Upper Body days (back, chest, arms)
Bonus - 2 Ab/Core workouts
